I wanted to paint the world with all the colors that could have existed in the palate where I made shades. So I always worked in that direction. But there is a thing called talent. Well, it’s a fact that hard work kick ass of talent everyday and in so many spheres talent is overrated but still in my field, in the field of art and colors, it meant a lot. I did not lacked the perspective but might be the hand of a painter. But I did not give up on that thought. I studied art, I enhanced my critical ability regarding art, I started to judge it. By 22, I achieved a degree in critical assessment of art pieces. By 25 I made a reputation and owned a art gallery. Tonight was the launch of the gallery and rather than any famous painter I had my mother to do the honor of cutting the ribbon. It was her craft full icing on the cake that made me want to become a artist. I was very nervous; so many famous names in our city and beyond were coming to visit the launch of my gallery where handpicked pieces of art were placed. Mr. Yakamu was a Japanese critic whose opinion upon my criticism mattered a lot; I always wanted to meet him and today was the fortunate yet highly nervous day. There is no doubt that our culture and our youth are becoming more engaged in media on a daily basis, and for some youth, it consumes their time, thought processes, and lives. As we engage more in media and let it have a bigger part of our lives, how does this affect us? Growing up in a conservative home, I was often shielded from some things this world had to offer, but I was often allowed to watch and experience violent images, scenes, and movies. As I grew up over the years, I began to hear how awful these violent images are for our youth, and how they can cause people to exhibit violent behavior. Media agencies need to stop producing violent media for children that is having a negative effect on our youth that can lead to the exhibition of violent behavior. Violence has always played a part in history, but it wasn’t until recently that our media began promote violence heavily in our culture. Before about the early 1960’s, there was a sense of shame and disgust that accompanied media that promoted violence, and this type of media was looked down upon in our culture (Huesmann). Why has there been such a vast change in the way we view violent media today in our cultures? It is possible that this change could be attributed to the way our youth are being raised, and the amount of violent media they are exposed to growing up. The total installation and material expenses of the project is $54100. However, the labour cost is not included in the implementation of the system. The labour charge has been segmented into two sections direct and indirect labour charges. The direct labour charge has no unknown portion. The direct labour will be required for 70 days of the entire project with a rate of $70 per day. Further, the rate of indirect labour is $50 per day. The known requirement of indirect labour is 80 man days while the requirement of unknown labour may reach 60 man days. The total indirect labour charge becomes $7000 for the project. The total budgeted cost of the project is $66210 for the entire project. Conclusion The project aims at illustrationing the scope management process relating to the development of the new IT system in the school. It also incorporates the change request form to determine the level of changes in the IT system of the school whhc is required to be approved. The project includes the description of the WBS and Gannt chart related to the project schedule for the IT project. The project also includes the time phased project to estimate the costs involved with the implementation of the project. The project also includes the risk management plan for mitigating the risks involved with the project.
